The declaration of Hebi-ichigo newspaper

【 The declaration of Hebi-ichigo newspaper 】

Hello my friends:

Thank you for taking this booklet in your hand. I am a Japanese artist and chief editor of it.
The contributors of the contents are common people, neither famous nor rich, of different ages ranging from 11 years old girl to mid-40s father, with various carriers and backgrounds.

Growing up can be happy.

Getting old can be happy.

Young and old can choose a happy life together.

Cherishing tiny but cute things, however useless it may seem to public views, will lead world peace one step forward.

That is the message we want to address. And that is the core of “kawaii” or cute culture of Japan. Our weapon is pen and brush, not munitions.

Girls who love to play with dolls, sweets and flowers will never kill nor suffer others.

May the tears of children vanish away from the world.
